Understand warnings, temporary restrictions, permanent bans, and the rules that keep Feeloy safe.
How warnings and restrictions work
Feeloy uses safety systems to review messages and account activity. When something breaks the rules, a message may be blocked and the account may receive a warning or restriction.
Warning
A message may be blocked and a safety warning shown when our systems detect a violation.
Temporary restriction
Several warnings in one day, or repeated violations over time, may temporarily restrict the account.
Permanent ban
Repeated warnings—including many within one day—continued violations, or one serious violation may permanently close the account.
Rules that can trigger enforcement
Do not use the AI companion to request, create, upload, promote, facilitate, or engage in the content or conduct below. Attempts to evade safety systems can also count as a violation.
Sexual or exploitative content
- Pornography, sexually explicit requests, erotic role-play, sexual solicitation, or content intended for sexual arousal.
- Non-consensual intimate content, sexual harassment, grooming, sexual extortion, or sexual violence.
- Any sexualization, exploitation, abuse, grooming, or endangerment of a minor.
- Attempts to bypass or evade sexual-safety filters.
Hate, harassment, violence, or abuse
- Hateful or discriminatory attacks based on a protected or vulnerable characteristic.
- Bullying, stalking, intimidation, doxxing, coercion, targeted harassment, abuse, or threats.
- Graphic cruelty, glorification of violence, terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions that facilitate physical harm.
- Instructions to acquire, construct, or misuse weapons for harmful or illegal purposes.
Self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior
- Encouragement, glorification, instructions, challenges, or graphic depictions of suicide, self-injury, eating disorders, or serious self-harm.
- Content that facilitates dangerous behavior or discourages someone from getting urgent help.
- Attempts to make a companion validate, coach, or participate in imminent self-harm.
Drugs, crime, fraud, or regulated activity
- Buying, selling, manufacturing, distributing, or dangerously misusing illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Instructions that facilitate crime, evasion of law enforcement, fraud, scams, money laundering, theft, impersonation, or forgery.
- Unlawful gambling, trafficking, exploitation, or the illegal sale of regulated goods or services.
Privacy, intellectual property, or deception
- Sharing another person's private or confidential information without a lawful basis and required permission.
- Infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, database, or other rights.
- Impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, defamation, malicious falsehoods, or misrepresenting AI output as verified human work.
Technical abuse
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, scraping, denial-of-service activity, or unauthorized security testing.
- Trying to extract models, training data, or system prompts, or bypassing account, payment, age, moderation, or usage controls.
- Bots, bulk requests, reselling, unauthorized API access, or attempts to gain access to accounts, systems, networks, or source code.
High-impact or otherwise harmful use
- Making or assisting high-impact decisions about another person in areas such as healthcare, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, or law enforcement.
- Presenting companion output as professional advice, verified fact, or an official Feeloy communication.
- Political manipulation, covert influence, deceptive persuasion, or exploitation of another person's vulnerability.
- Any other unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or materially deceptive use that could harm Feeloy, its users, or another person.
Context matters
Good-faith requests for safety information, education, prevention, treatment, recovery, or help are not automatically violations. Feeloy may still block or redirect a conversation that it cannot safely support.
Feeloy is for adults, but it is not an adult-content service. Being 18 or older does not make sexually explicit content acceptable.
Appeal an account restriction
If you believe a warning or restriction was applied by mistake, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Include the account email, the approximate date and time of the restriction, and why you believe it should be reviewed.
