Request permanent deletion of your Feeloy account and the materials associated with it.
Before you request deletion
Deleting your account is permanent. You will lose access to Feeloy, your companion, your conversation history, memories, profile, and other materials associated with the account. Any active subscription will also be canceled.
Send your deletion request
Use the email address on your Feeloy account
Emailing from the address registered to your account helps us verify that the request is yours.
Complete the request form below
Replace every item in square brackets, then send the completed request to [email protected].
Complete any verification we request
Support may ask for limited additional information to confirm ownership before processing the deletion. We will never ask for your password.

What happens to your information
Once your identity is verified, we will begin processing the deletion of your account and its associated account materials.
Some limited records may be kept when required for legal, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or active-ban purposes. Any retained information remains restricted and is deleted when the applicable requirement ends.
